BC Elite 8v8 Tackle Football
The Suntree Viera Youth Football League (SVYFL) introduced BC Elite 8v8 Tackle Football in 2026 as a competitive, fast-paced, and development-focused tackle football program for youth athletes. Representing Brevard County (BC), the program complements traditional tackle football while providing increased opportunities for player development, skill advancement, and competitive on-field experience.
The 8v8 format emphasizes skill development, football IQ, and conditioning. With fewer players on the field, athletes are more engaged in every play, allowing for greater opportunities to develop offensively and defensively in a structured, competitive environment.
